The Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance would like to inform the public that:
1. The renewal of the registration of unemployed, including applicants for International Protection, will automatically take place without the need for public access to the District or Local Offices of the Department of Labour and the Social Insurance Services and will not affect any of their rights.
It is noted that the procedure followed to date in cases of new unemployed registrations, termination of registrations or unemployed intending to seek work in another Member State of the European Union, the EEA. and in Switzerland is still valid, i.e. these people will visit Social Insurance Offices.
In addition, interested parties should report to the Offices of the Social Insurance Services to declare starting or ending their unemployment period or transferring their unemployment benefit to another Member State.
2. The Social Welfare Services allowances shall be paid without the need for the public to attend the District and Local Welfare Services Offices for the presentation of the required certificates and any allowances of Public Aid to recipients and Applicants will not be affected.
