The employer’s bank guarantee is released in cases where, following the conclusion of the labour dispute and the hereafter decision of the Labour Disputes Committee, the employee is located and deported. In this case, part of the bank guarantee corresponding to the cost of the flight ticket, is retained, and the balance is released.
It should be noted that in case of voluntary departure of the domestic assistant, the responsibility for the payment of the flight ticket is taken up by the employer and the guarantee is released in full.
The guarantee is also released in full in cases where a new employer is found by the domestic worker.
