No employee shall work beyond 48 hours per week, including overtime, on the basis of a 6-day working week or over 8 hours a day. In certain exceptional cases defined by the law, it is possible to increase overtime work from 8 to 10 hours per week. Overtime work cannot exceed 8 hours per week and is compensated at a ratio of 1: 1.5.
