Yes. The service right to a part-time / hourly-paid employee is calculated proportionally, i.e. the amount of units corresponding to a part-time employee will be calculated on the basis of the unit of full-time employee of the same specialty. In the absence of full-time employees, the right to service is calculated proportionally, on the basis of the 48 hours provided by the Law.
