1. Copy of Cyprus Identity Card, or Identity Card of another EU Member State, EEA or Switzerland or Alien Registration Card (in case of natural person )
In case of a legal entity, the application must be accompanied by the following by the Companies Registrar and Official Recipient Department:
a. Certificate of Incorporation
b. Certificate of Directors and Secretary
c. Certificate of shares
d. Cooperative Registration Certificate (in case the employer is a Cooperative)
