Certificate of Commencement of Employment

Each employer, before employee starts employment, is obliged to secure and provide the employee with the form “Certificate of Commencement of Employment” (Form Υ.Κ.Α. 5-018)

1. Employee Hiring Declaration Form YKA 1-003
2. Application for Registration of an Employed Person Form YKA 1-008
(In case the employee does not have a Social Insurance number)
