LPG
How is the License granted
According to article 4 of the Petroleum Law, before issuing a License to store LPG the relevant District Office takes into consideration the views of the Department of Labour Inspection. Specifically, a License for LPG storage is issued to the interested applicant only after the Department of Labour Inspection has inspected the site or premises where LPG is to be stored or kept and has issued a Certificate to the applicant that the premises are suitable and safe for this purpose.
