Receipt/Examination Procedure
1. Receipt and verification for the correct completion of the application and submission of the necessary supporting documents
2. Entry of the application in the computerized system
3. Confirmation of receipt of the application is sent /given to the applicant
4. A questionnaire is sent to the applicant's employer which must be filled and returned to the SIS.
5. Application examination
6. In case of approval of the application, the payment is made via bank transfer to the beneficiary's bank account.
7. In case of rejection of the application, a rejection letter shall be sent stating the reason for rejection.
Dispute with the Competent Authority's Decision
If the claimant is not satisfied with the decision of the Fund, he/she can appeal to the Industrial Disputes Court within 9 months from the notification of the decision of the Fund
