A. Registration of Cypriot citizens

Cypriot citizens residing in the territory of the Republic of Cyprus and are over 15 years old can register with the PES in order to search for jobs either online or through e-mail at the e-mail addresses defined below.

A prerequisite for completing the registration of a job applicant is the provision of the following documents:

1. Identity Card of the Republic of Cyprus in force

2. Academic Certificates of Academic or Other Qualifications (translated into Greek or English by a Certified Translator or by the Academic Institution itself)

3. Proof that they have completed their obligations to the National Guard (where applicable) - (for Male applicants)

4. Termination letter (where applicable)

5. Letter of resignation stamped and signed by the employer (where applicable)

6. Certification of working hours where applicable (e.g. part-time)

7. Driver's license (where applicable)

8. Certificate of disability (for persons with disabilities)/Medical certificate for cases with chronic diseases

B. Registration of European citizens

European citizens residing in the territory of the Republic of Cyprus and are over 15 years old can register with the PES in order to search for jobs either online or through e-mail at the e-mail addresses defined below.

A prerequisite for completing the registration of a job applicant is the provision of the following documents:

1. Identity Card or Passport of a Member State of the European Union

2. Certificates of Academic or other qualifications (translated into Greek or English by a Certified Translator or by the Academic Institution itself)

3. Termination letter where applicable (from an employer in Cyprus)

4. Letter of resignation Stamped and signed by the employer (where applicable)

5. Certification of working hours where applicable (e.g. part-time)

6. Driver's license (where applicable)

7. Certificate of disability (for persons with disabilities)/ Medical certificate for cases with chronic diseases

C. Registration of third country Nationals

Citizens of third countries can register with the PES in order to search for jobs, either online or through e-mail at the e-mail addresses defined below, as long as they reside in the territory of the Republic of Cyprus, are over 15 years old, under the status of their legal residence have the right of access to the local Labour market and belong in one of the following categories:

C.1 Spouses of Cypriot/European citizens or parents of a Cypriot citizen

A prerequisite for completing the registration of a job applicant is the provision of the following documents:

1. Passport/Identity Card of both spouses

2. Residence Permit in force

3. Marriage Certificate

4. Certificates of Academic or other qualifications (translated into Greek or English by a Certified Translator or by the Academic Institution itself)

5. Termination letter where applicable (from an employer in Cyprus)

6. Letter of resignation stamped and signed by the employer where applicable

7. Certification of working hours where applicable (e.g. part-time)

8. Driver's license (where applicable)

9. Certificate of disability (for persons with disabilities)/ Medical certificate for cases with chronic diseases

C.2 Applicants or Beneficiaries for International Protection (Asylum Seekers, Recognized Refugees, Persons with Subsidiary Protection)

A prerequisite for completing the registration of a job applicant is the provision of the following documents:

1. Letter from the Asylum Service on their residence status (in the case of persons with asylum status)

2. Residence Permit in force

3. Certificates of Academic or other qualifications (translated into Greek or English by a Certified Translator or by the Academic Institution itself)

4. Termination letter where applicable (from an employer in Cyprus)

5. Letter of resignation stamped and signed by the employer where applicable

6. Certification of working hours where applicable (e.g. part-time)

7. Driver's License (where applicable)

8. Certificate of disability (for persons with disabilities) / Medical certificate for cases with chronic diseases

C.3 Long-term Resident

1. Passport/Identity Card of both spouses

2. Residence Permit in force

3. Certificates of Academic or other qualifications (translated into Greek or English by a Certified Translator or by the Academic Institution itself)

4. Termination letter where applicable (from an employer in Cyprus)

5. Letter of resignation stamped and signed by the employer where applicable
