Complaints may be made by name or anonymously in the following ways:

• • By personal submission of the complaint to the Regional Offices of Labour Relations,
• • By telephone,
• • Via the website of the Department of Labour Relations

4. Duty to inform

In the event that a complaint is investigated or an inspection is carried out by an Inspector for the purposes of ensuring compliance with the law, each employer or representative and each employee of that employer must provide all information and/or data that they have in their possession to the Inspector.
