In accordance with the law, the total earnings of an employee shall in no case be lower than the wage set by the Minimum Wage Order for the professions covered by the particular Order, whether a commission is included or not. That is to say, no monthly wage of an employee whose occupation is covered by the Minimum Wage Order should be below the minimum wage.
