The Committee for the Conditions of Service in Hotels issues, through the employer, a professional booklet for each employee, which shall be kept and duly informed of the required data.


The employer is responsible for the safe keeping of the professional booklet during the employee's employment at the hotel and is given to the employee at the end of his/her employment.

A non-qualified employee must be provided with a professional booklet with the completion of 3 months of service while any qualified employee or/and graduate of a hotel or tourist school, upon the completion of one month of service.
