Every shop employee, who works either full-time or part-time, is entitled to the following days as paid public holidays:
In case a shop employee, with his/her consent, works on any of the aforementioned holidays, he/she must be remunerated for every hour of work at twice the normal hourly rate (1: 2) in addition to his/her daily wage. That is, he/she is entitled to his/her normal wage for that day and additionally the hours he/she will work (on public holiday) which are paid double.
