Employees employed on the basis of a five-day working week are entitled to at least 20 working days of annual leave, whilst employees employed on the basis of a six-day working week are entitled to at least 24 working days of annual leave. In particular, annual leave granted must be at least 4 weeks. During the annual leave period, the employee is paid either directly by the employer or by the Central Holiday Fund.
