An employer can oblige an employee to take their annual leave at a particular time, only if the employer and the employee are in agreement, or if it is provided for in the applicable collective agreement, or in the terms of the specific recruitment.
In addition to the above, an employer can require an employee to use their annual leave at a particular time, if their annual leave will be lost at the end of the year.
