Which public holidays are the employees entitled to?

Public holidays are regulated by agreements between employers and employees or by collective agreements, except for employees in shops, catering services, hotels and employees that are covered by the Sectoral Collective Agreement of the Construction Industry for which paid holidays are set in the relevant laws.
