9. In case of illegal termination of employment or redundancy, is the employee entitled to compensation regardless of his/her age and years of employment?

Employees who have reached the retirement age (65 years) are not entitled to any other compensation and/or redundancy due to the termination of their employment. They are however entitled to the notice period.
