An employer can dismiss an employee without prior notice, if any of the following apply:

    • The employees’ conduct is such that makes it impossible for the employer - employee relation to continue
    • A serious offense is committed by the employee in the course of his/her duties
    • A criminal offense is committed by the employee in the course of her/his duties without the consent of her/his employer
    • Improper behaviour/conduct by the employee in the course of his/her duties
    • Serious or repeated violation or disregard of work regulations or other rules by the employee, in relation to the employment.
