In case I own or operate an inspectable machinery, do I have to notify the Department of Labour Inspection to schedule an inspection?

The Inspectors of the Department of Labour Inspection implement a priority based periodic inspection system of the inspectable machinery. Any owner of such machinery, however, may request the inspection of his machinery and make arrangements with the authorised Inspectors of the local District Labour Inspection Office, in which case the inspection is carried out only after direct arrangements of the owner with the Inspector of the area that the machinery is located / installed.
