The manufacturer has the responsibility to prepare a technical file, to carry out the conformity assessment procedure, to prepare the EC Conformity Declaration, to affix the CE conformity marking on the product as well as to prepare the operating instructions in Greek that must accompany the product. The importers and distributors must check the presence of the CE conformity marking and the necessary documents.
