The legislation regulating safety and health for construction sites is the Safety and Health at Work (Minimum Requirements for Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites) Regulations of 2015 (PI 410/2015) which amended the relevant Regulations of 2002 (P.I. 172/2002) harmonizing the provisions of the Directive 92/57/EEC on Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites.
