Collective Agreements - Online Archive

Collective Agreements are the main method through which terms and conditions of employment are determined in Cyprus. Collective agreements usually have a two year or three year duration, without this meaning that a shorter or longer validitiy period, cannot be agreed, since the duration is negotiable.

The Department of Labour Relations holds an archive of collective agreements, and according to the provisions of the Industrial Relations Code, trade unions, are obliged to forward to the Ministry of Labour any agreements signed. This archive is partly available on this webpage, and visitors should check back often for updates.

In order to view the collective agreements on this site please transfer to the Greek version of this page since all collective agreements are only available in Greek.
