The employer is obliged to notify the employee in writing about the working conditions that differ due to telework.


This notification must include at least the following information:

the employee's right to disconnect (details in question 4).
analysis of the cost of teleworking.
information about equipment and technical support for teleworking
restrictions on the use of the equipment and any penalties in case of violation of the restrictions
the agreement on on-call duty for telework, its time limits and the response deadlines of the tele-working employee
the teleworking risks and protection - prevention measures during telework
the obligation to protect and secure the professional data and the personal data of the teleworking employee
the supervisor from whom the teleworker will receive instructions
