The employer is obliged to notify the employee in writing about the working conditions that differ due to telework.
This notification must include at least the following information:
● | the employee's right to disconnect (details in question 4). |
● | analysis of the cost of teleworking. |
● | information about equipment and technical support for teleworking |
● | restrictions on the use of the equipment and any penalties in case of violation of the restrictions |
● | the agreement on on-call duty for telework, its time limits and the response deadlines of the tele-working employee |
● | the teleworking risks and protection - prevention measures during telework |
● | the obligation to protect and secure the professional data and the personal data of the teleworking employee |
● | the supervisor from whom the teleworker will receive instructions |
