No. In case the employee does not give the required termination notice the employer is not entitled to deduct any amount of the accrued salary.


In case of omission of the employee to give the required notice, the employer may consider the possibility to proceed with filing a case with the District Court for compensation due to losses relating to the termination period not served by the employee. It is noted that the Industrial Disputes Court has no jurisdiction on this matter.
