Yes, in accordance with the Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Law of 2023, the employer is obliged to inform the employee in writing of the main terms of the contract or employment relationship, either on paper, or in electronic form, provided that the information is accessible to the worker, that can be stored and printed.


The employer is obliged to notify each employee about the basic terms of employment, not later than seven days after the commencement of employment and about the additional terms of employment, not later than one month after the commencement of employment. The basic and additional employment terms can be found in question 2.
