An employee who has been dismissed is entitled to:

  • a) Payable salary until the last day of employment
  • b) Payable ratio of the remaining annual leave she/he has not yet used within the year (the employee may claim accumulated annual leave of two years unless the company follows a different policy on the matter)
  • c) Payable ratio of 13th and/or 14th salary, where 13th and/or 14th salary was provided and such an agreement or policy applies.
  • d) Benefits from the Provident Fund, where it exists and according to its statute provisions.
