What is the outcome of the inspection?

After a successful inspection, the Inspector issues an Inspection Report or a Testing and Examination Certificate, depending on the type of the inspection. The Report / Certificate may contain comments with deadlines for compliance. In case the machinery is found to be unsafe, the Inspector may prohibit further operation / use of the machinery until such time that the owner has taken the necessary steps to rectify the deficiency and have his machinery re-inspected by the same Inspector.
