Chemical Substances

For which chemical substances the import and export is banned or permitted only under restrictions?

The import and export of dangerous chemical substances is regulated by the European Regulation 649/2012. The term import refers to the physical introduction of the chemical substance into the customs territory of the European Community, meaning import from a country which is not a Member State of the European Union. The restrictions that pertain for the import and export of specific chemical substances are referred to the intended use of the substance.
