The Radiation Inspection and Control Service co-organised with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and hosted in Nicosia a workshop titled "Regional Meeting to Decommissioning Plans in Member States: Status, Gaps and Perspectives". The workshop, which was organised in the framework of the IAEA Technical Cooperation Project RER/9/146 "Enhancing Capacities in Member States for the Planning and Implementation of Decommissioning Projects", held from 5 to 9 March 2018 at Classic Hotel and gathered together about 40 experts in the field of decommissioning of small medical, industrial and research facilities from Europe and South Eastern Asia.
