On 23.7.2015, an Opinion of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on "electromagnetic hypersensitivity" (own-initiative opinion). This text constitutes a counter-opinion of the Committee in the Opinion adopted on 7.1.2015 by its special section for "Transport, Energy, Infrastructure and the Information Society" and was adopted by majority at the 504th session of the Committee on 21-22.1.2015.
