Notification of the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance P.I. 523/2014 (in Greek). The fee may be paid to the Accounting Department of the Department of Labour Inspection (Head Offices, 2nd floor) and the relevant receipt must be submitted to the Radiation Inspection and Control Service before receiving the relevant documents.
